Lucy goes to the kitchen :-)

This is a good one!
Some of you already know that I don't have culinary skills. I can cook somethings, but I do have some limitations at cooking and regular home care.
However, I spent last Saturday night learning how to cook a new kind of food (May 5th). It is something I have never tried before.... Can any of you guess what I cooked?!
I wonder how many of you thought "she cooked INDIAN FOOD!!!!".... The answer is right but you won't get any prize for that! He he he he...
I cooked "Makhani Chicken" (I guess it is also called indian butter chicken). It was so good!!!! It's really tasty and it's the first time I had some real indian food.
However, I can't get all the credits for my wonderfull experience cooking this chicken because I wasn't "alone" in the kitchen! The idea of cooking it and the recipe were from a very good friend of mine. He spent his Sunday morning teaching me how to cook the makhani chicken and got amazed by the fact I really don't have any cooking skills!!!
I won't say his name because I didn't ask permission for that, but let's see if he reads the post and allows me to mention his name :-)
There is only one thing that I didn't like: I forgot to take pictures of me cooking on Saturday night... Anyways, here is the picture that I took today of my makhani chicken :-)
Love you all!
Take care and namaste :-)

I always wanted to taste some indian food and I guess the best way to do that would be cooking it with my own hands...
